The Power of A Woman's Worship
TITLE
Worship is deeper than praise and thanks.
Praise is giving approval or admiration for something being done.
Worship is when we give God honour for who He is.
Zudi's definition of worship is an individual expressing and exercising the worth of their relationship with God
Text Luke 7:1-9; 36-50
1: Revelation of Who We Are:
The elders thought the centurion to be worthy of Jesus. However, the centurion had a revelation of himself and thought he was not worthy for Jesus to come to him and bid Him to just speak the word and his servant will be healed.
The woman with the alabaster box. Others did not see her worthy to handle Jesus or be in His presence.
She bowed low at His feet, behind Him, weeping and kissing His feet, washing His feet with her tears and wiping them with her hair, then anointing His feet with her precious ointment.
2: Revelation of Who Jesus is:
She recognized that Jesus was to be worshiped and she being remorseful for all she had done and been through worshiped Him.
The alabaster box was broken open, showing a sign of honour. Pouring her most prized possession upon Him. All that she had. The best and worst of her.

She saw her maker was her husband.
A woman's heart is symbolic of an alabaster box. Over the years we store up allot there. We would have built up walls. We need to break it open and expose it so we can have a Spirit to Spirit connection with God.
He seeks true worshipers. When we come to Him in truth, all that we had experienced before does not matter anymore. He brings about a change.
We will only have a revelation of Him based on our life stories. We can only worship Him based on our individual revelation.
We must worship Him in Spirit and in truth.
3: That Revelation Influences the Atmosphere Around Us
Affect changes in our spheres of influence.
We must adore Him.
He then said to her, "you are saved. Your sins are forgiven". Without her saying a single word to Him.
We must not stop anyone from coming to worship God from their revelation.
The pharisee was impacted after her Encounter.
Jesus gave him a correction, drawing upon the actions of the woman who was not seen as worthy by their standards.
Others will get a revelation of who God is based on our worship of Him.

Acts 16:16-35
2 people worshiping and praising God caused an immediate shift in the atmosphere.
Their worship created an opportunity for them to share the Word and minister to the jailers entire household.
When we worship and God shows up, He can only be who He is. Healer, deliverer, restorer, the unchanging God who changes situations.
When we worship, nothing else matters but Jesus.
When we have a true revelation of who Jesus is, it changes everything we say and do.
2 Chronicles 20:
Worship opens heaven.
Be obedient to what God is doing at the time.
Worship is a lifestyle. Stay connected to Him.
Worship from a revelation of who we are and who God is to us will change everything and everyone around us.
The enemy cannot stand up in Worship to God.
